He is survived by: his spouse Letty Rae Tuman; his children, Kandi Rae Swanson (Loren), Randy Ray Palmeri (Laura) and Rhonda Rae Palmeri Prather; his grandchildren, Candice Swanson, Zach Swanson (Debbie), Erica and Lilly Palmeri; his great grandchildren, JaNeiya Box and Prince Whitmore; his brother Jack Palmeri; and his son-in-law Robert Prather.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are to be established by the family.
