He is survived by: his mother Ruth Szleszinski (Peterson); his son Jon Szleszinski (Carly); his grandchildren, Dax and Eden Szleszinski; his brothers, Carl (Kathy) and Daniel Szleszinski; and his nieces and nephews, Tawny Decorie (John), Trisha Nhanesana (Thavi), Megan Szleszinski and Ryan Szleszinski.
