He was predeceased by: his parents, John Parks and Pauline Parks; his wife Brenda K Sall; his son Robert Parks; and his brother Charles Parks (Lois).
He is survived by: his children, Jodi Garland (John) and David Parks; his daughter-in-law Sandy Parks; his grandchildren, Lyndsey Schroeder (Nick), Austin Daily (Alyson), Rudy Castillo (Ali) and Marcelo Castillo; and his brother John Parks (Nona). He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, several cousins and nieces and nephews.
