She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Snygg and Lillian Snygg (Meier); her husband Mike Nelson; and her brother Mark Snygg. She is survived by: her children, Jason Nelson (Amber), Chris Nelson and Stephanie Nelson; her granddaughter Chloe; and her sisters, Val Loy, Cindy Bhargava (Ashoka) and Kathy Snygg. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
