Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Frances Lucas and Richard Layton Lucas; his grandparents, Ted and Ruth Broshar; his niece Heather Zanoni; and his brother-in-law John Benac.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Loredo and Timothy Lucas. He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
