He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall K. Ellison and Doris M. Ellison; his sisters, Sandra and Penny Ellison; and his son Timothy.
He is survived by: his siblings, Christine Estes (Richard) of Cherry Valley, IL, Barbara Stevens of Great Falls, MT and Steve Ellison (Cathleen) of Rockford. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Christenson Funeral Home (925 3rd Ave, Rockford, IL 61104). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
