Haney and Joseph Haney (Katie); his grandchildren, Nicole Steele, Savanna Steele, William Haney and Penelope "Penny" Haney; his great grandchildren, Spencer, Violet and Rose; his siblings, Marty Haney (Sandy), Larry Haney (Kathy), Rick Haney (Bonnie) and Vicki Swanson (Steve); his mother-in-law Joan Boettcher; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Schou (Jim), Dave Boettcher (Gina), Rob Boettcher (Brenda) and John Boettcher (Julie).
