He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Winkelman and Anne Winkelman; his son Scott; his wife Sandra Winkelman; and his brothers, Ed, Bill, Dick and Jim.
He is survived by: his daughter Victoria; and his grandsons, Mason and Connor.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that all donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Robert Winkelman's name as he felt passionate about the cause for cancer research.
