He was predeceased by: his parents, Rod Leezer and Beverly Leezer (Greenberg); and his sister-in-law Jeanne Leezer. He is survived by: his wife Roxanne Morgan; his daughter Erica Leezer (Eduardo Bravo); his granddaughters, Lexi and Lina; and his siblings, David Leezer, Barb Jacobson (Ron) and Rick Leezer (Rhonda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made in Rod's name to the Rockford Phantom Regiment.
