With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rolf C. Egeland of Rockford, Illinois, born in Oak Park, Illinois, who passed away on January 3, 2024 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Tobina Egeland and Jonas Egeland. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Anderson Egeland; his children, Paul Egeland (Marie) and Kaleen Robinson (Cheryl Richards); his brother-in-law Lloyd Anderson; his daughter-in-law Peggy Egeland; his grandchildren, Ben Robinson (Colette), Aaron Egeland (Natalie), Sonja Kelly (Shane), Josh Egeland (Craig Houston), Livi Nguyen (Mike), Jordan Richards, Bryanna Richards and Kamrynn Richards; and his great grandchildren, Layla, Alana, Talia Robinson, Caleb, Marshall Egeland, Aurelia and Eve Kelly. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
