He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Dan McNames (Rafael), Kyle Blomquist (Annie) and Amanda Bergman; his grandchildren, Emma Blomquist, Alice Blomquist, Piper Chemello, Paul Blomquist, Ellee Blomquist and Tommy Blomquist; and his sister Sandra Compton.
