Ruth H. Bogen Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth H. Bogen of Rockford, Illinois, born in Battle Creek, Iowa, who passed away on October 21, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto H. A. and Sophie Baacke Hoemann; and her son David. She is survived by: her husband Wallace Bogen of Rockford; and her sons, Bruce (Christine), Mitchell (Lynn Laur) and Robert (Lynn). She is also survived by five grandchildren and their spouses and fiancé, along with four great-grandchildren.
The family requests no gifts, please, but any memorials people might wish to make should be made to Mt. Olive Lutheran Church in Rockford.
