She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Poppen and Thelma Poppen (Purbaugh); her son Norman Talbert "Tal" Robey; and her siblings, Carolyn Miles, Don Poppen and Barbara Weathers.
She is survived by: her husband Gene C. Semple; her daughter Carolyn Kloss of Cherry Valley; her grandchildren, Connor and Kayte; her son Troy Robey (Andrea Mason) of Englewood, CO; her stepchild Gene Semple (Marcee); her stepgrandchildren, Jazmin, Mitchell (Brittney) and Sue Cunningham (Mark); her daughter Rhonda Tomlinson (Ken); her grandchildren, Kymbre (Chris), Jake (Emily) and Emily; her great grandchildren, Emma, Elaina, Charlotte, Finn and Calvin; her siblings, Norma Montgomery, Bob Poppen (Mary) and Linda Lober; and her friend Laurie Podeszwa.
