She is survived by: her husband Ronald Simmons; her children, Toiya Smith (Thomas), Maya Simmons, Asheley Simmons and Justin Simmons; and her siblings, Brenda Williams and Earnest Rounds. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
