She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Fanta and Rose Fanta (Stanek); and her siblings, Leo Fanta, Bessie Dvorak and Eleanor Todd.

She is survived by: her children, Kevin Hatfield (Ninda), Tisa Hatfield and Valerie Piasecki (Ronald); her grandchildren, Stephanie Coons (Ricky), Ashley Calvin (Grant), Christopher Piasecki (Amber) and Trevor Hatfield (Lyndsey); and her great grandchildren, Jagger, Hudson, Annabelle, Raegan, Maverick and Alexander.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to Northern Illinois Hospice.
