He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Teodoro Serrano and Julia Estrada; his wife Andrea Rangel; his children, Juan, Odilon (Belia), Irma (Ramon), Maria Sara (Daniel), Jackie (Sergio) and Javier (Sandra); his siblings, Jose, Marcelina, Consuelo, Merejilda, Juana, Concepcion and Martha; his children, Jorge and Juana; and his siblings, Jesus, Tomas, Pedro and Tomasa. He was also cherished by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
