He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Sheik and Lois Sheik (Carr); his daughter Heather Anne Tewell (Sheik); and his brother Thomas Sheik II. He is survived by: his wife Ruthann Sheik (Gilgan); his sons, Daryl Sheik (Michelle) and Christopher Sheik (Elisabeth); his grandchildren, Cross Sheik, Alysa Anderson, Joesph Richards and Makenzie Sheik; and his brothers, David Sheik (Karen) and Andrew Sheik.
