He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Matczak and Frances Matczak (Ehnen); and his wife Cheryl Griswold. He is survived by: his daughter Sara Rubendall (Jay); his grandchildren, Heidi, Kai and Finn; his brother Lee Matczak; and his caregiver Monica.
