She was predeceased by: her brother Lamar Neal. She is survived by: her husband Timothy Lockett; her children, Breanna Porchia-Neal, Brandon and Breon Neal; her grandchildren, Imani, Amari, Aubrey, Eli and Breon Janiya; her mother Nettie Neal; and her sisters, Gwendolyn Buie (Willie), Angela Neal (Gregory) and Latoya Neal-Clark (Emmanuel). She is also survived by nieces, nephews cousins other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Carl E. Ponds Funeral Home (200 N Johnston Ave, Rockford, IL 61101). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
