He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil L. Seymour and Laura Seymour (Finneran). He is survived by: his wife Monica R. Collins; his children, Nicholas (Esmeralda), Ryan (Carrisa) and Megan Seymour; his grandchildren, Wyatt, Kayden, Asher, Maddox and Bonnie; his siblings, Dusty Seymour, Betty Boy, Tammy Lively and Jamie Seymour; his parents-in-law, Debra Beal (Paul) and Michael Collins (Colleen); his brother-in-law Michael Collins, Jr. (Angie); and his pets, Titan and Clyde. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
