He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas H. Leslie and Catherine C. Leslie; his sister Billie; and his son-in-law Greg. He is survived by: his wife Susan; and his children, Adam Leslie (Janna), Amanda Hoffman (Greg) and Amelia Tuttle (Andrew).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the North Main Chapel (2811 N Main St, Rockford, IL 61103). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
