With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas M. Richards in Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on October 28, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Maximillin and Helene; his brother Maximillin Richards Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, Gail Fitzjarrald (Victor), Larry Garnett, Frank Jr. and Robert Andersen.
He is survived by: his wife Therese D.; his daughter Antina Pennock (Michael); and his siblings-in-law, Judy Hampson (Norman), Kathleen Ann Garnett, Betty Busse (Clyde), James Andersen (Brenda), Trudy Andersen, Kristie Duren (Andrew), Linda Galigo (Anthony), Mary Anderson (Russ) and Christopher Andersen (Maria). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Tom's name to D.A.V, Disabled American Veterans.
