Thomas A Rohrer Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas A Rohrer of Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on October 30, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Rohrer and Elizabeth Rohrer (Bocken); his wife Rose Rohrer; his son Brian Rohrer; his stepchildren, Daryl Bowman and Cindy Barnes; and his siblings, Marilyn Rohrer, Jan Donaldson (Harvey), Linda Kromah and Marvin "Mick" Rohrer.

He is survived by: his children, Michael Rohrer and Julie Ellis (Carl); his stepson Andrew Bowman; his daughter-in-law Rocio Rohrer; his grandchildren, Nicholas Rohrer, Brian Rohrer, Tere Rohrer, Erik Rohrer (Maria), Breanna Rohrer (Zack), Brooke Thompson (Philip), Breah Boothe (Trystan) and Dustin Bowman; his great grandchildren, Keian, Kylen, Kohen, Lyric, Ryker, Audrina, Lucy, Delilah, Braelynn, Laylah and Maverick; his siblings, Susan Manges (Jim), Mel Rohrer (Donna), Roger Rohrer (Connie), Bob Rohrer (Kathy), Debra Yaun and Carol Rohrer; and his close friend Patricia Rohrer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in honor of Patricia Rohrer.
