He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter R. Coe and Gwendolyn L. Coe; and his sisters, Peg Paquette and Sally Gallagher. He is survived by: his wife Judy Swanson Coe; his sons, Tim Coe and Danny Coe; his mother-in-law Barb Swanson Engaldo; and his sisters, Nancy Payne (Michael) and MaryBeth Russell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National Museum of the Marine Corps or to the Gold Star Mission.
