Cook (Laurie), Suzanne M. Ewald (Tim) and Rhonda L. Youngberg (Rich); his stepdaughters, Jodi Huffman and Heidi Petrow (Joe); his grandchildren, Tracy, Jamie, Ryan, Erik, Cherea', Benjamin, Chandra, Bryce, Lexi, Richard and Ragan; his great grandchildren, Liam, Parker, Levi, Luke, Ayden, Keegan, Cameron, Randy and Skye; his stepgrandchildren, Kiefer, Kabel, Korbyn, Logan, Seth and Holly; his stepgreat-grandchild Gunner; and his sister Donna Gloyd. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
