He was predeceased by: his parents, Rema Loretta "Rita" Herndon (Merle L. Scott) and Sylvia (Earl Morris). He is survived by: his daughters, Megan Scott and Stephanie Towell (Brad); his grandchildren, Gianna Gear, Ethan Gear, Isabella Towell and Evan Scott (Rose); his great grandchild Rhye Wilhite; his siblings, Kay Tuminaro (Johnny), Karen (Dan), Doug Smith (Jolanta), Vince Harr and Jamison Scott (Tammy); and his nieces and nephews, Ronda Marchica (John), Niki Gionson (Ryan), Kim Holtapp, Kathy Buffington, Terri Kindermann (Al), Michelle Patel (Niral), Bart Buffington (Kelly), Paul Case (Christina), Scott Siegrist, Roy Heinz, Jamison Scott, Jr. and Joseph Scott.
