Trudy Reynolds Obituary

In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Trudy leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Trudy may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Zean Gassmann and Gertrude Gassmann (Weber). She is survived by: her husband Richard Reynolds (Dick); her children, Jennifer Wagner (Scott) of St. Louis, Gregory Reynolds (Eydie) of Brighton, Mark Reynolds (Kristin) of Iowa City and Alice Kirkpatrick (Gregory) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her brother Frank Gassmann; and her brother-in-law Henry Reynolds. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Westminster Presbyterian Church (2821 N Bell School Rd, Rockford, IL 61107). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
