She is survived by: her daughters, Thatisha Blandin (Vernon Morrow) and Frances Farmer (Antwaine Jr.); her grandchildren, Darionte, Jermaine Jr., Jaevon, Jermesha, Mariah, Kayla and Trinity; her siblings, Chaundra Gore and Samuel Blandin; her stepmother Anne Blandin; and her close friends, Derrick Macon and William Harris. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Soar Assembly (604 Salter Ave, Rockford, IL 61102). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
