She is survived by: her mother Lorene Meadows; her husband Leonard Dowthard; her children, Nakehia, Tante Meadows, Mechole Sledge, Samuel LaMont Meadows, Leo Dowthard IV and Leonard Williams; her stepmother Ernestine Gray; her siblings, Janice Meadows, Kristy Dismuke, Larry Walker, Dennis Meadows (Patricia), Doyle Meadows, Kem Jones, Jay Jay Jones and James Gray; and her niece Shelese Meadows. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
