With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wesley Ross Larson in Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on July 4, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Wesley Ross departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Wesley Ross may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Wesley Ross leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Larson and Helen Larson; his wife Lois; his sister Geri Voeck; and his grandson Eric Larson.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Larson (Debbie), Linda Ramsby (Lloyd), Bob Larson (Nancy) and Brian Larson (Mia). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Northern Illinois Hospice or to the Eric Larson Youth Hockey Scholarship fund.
