He was predeceased by: his parents, Irwin Baylor and Josephine Baylor (Woodrick); his wife Carlotta Johnson; and his sons, Ed Baylor and Tom Baylor.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn Oswald (Michael) and Terese Peterson (Larry); his grandchildren, Krissa Whaples, Karl Whaples (Alyssa), Andrew Baylor (Erin), Nick Oswald (Jenny), Nathan Peterson, Nolan Peterson (Erica) and Lauren Peterson; his great grandchildren, Malachi Whaples, Wally Oswald, Charlie Baylor, Lilly Whaples, Dean Peterson and Tommy Baylor; his sister Elizabeth Atkins; his brother-in-law David Johnson (Sheri); his daughter-in-law Maria Baylor; and his close friends, Bill Beaman, Ron Hill, Charlie Martini, Pat Keenan and Cecil Cannon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Firefighters Local 413 or Highview in the Woodlands.
