He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth C. Dornbush and Arleta M. Dornbush (Wood). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Verdick; his sons, Mathew Dornbush (Elizabeth), Scott Dornbush (Lindsey) and Christopher Dornbush (Abby); his grandchildren, Emma, Will, Ty, Taylor, Riley, Jack and Mallory; and his sisters, Sally Wiebenga, Mary Damhoff and Cindy VanZuiden. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
