He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert McNeff and Ruth McNeff (Meske); and his former wife Cheri McNeff (Fierke). He is survived by: his wife Sue (Noeson); his children, Jenn Bailey, Bill McNeff (Sarah), Jennifer Geise (Jason), Melissa Brotka (John), Josh Hagner (Megan), Kat, Liam, Alex, Avery, Will, Kristen, Christopher, Jenna, Lilly, Archer, Zoe, Maddox, Jameson and Ella; and his sisters, Judy Roess (Fred) and Janie Martello (Rich). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
