He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel J. Reilly, Jr. and Frances Maria Helena Reilly (Haack); his siblings, Daniel J. Reilly III (Marion), Lawrence H. F. Reilly (Irene), Betty Anne Iffland (Charles "Chuck") and Mary Jane Smith (William "Bill"); and his children-in-law, Stanley "Stan" Gillenwater and Patti Reilly.
He is survived by: his wife Mariann T. Healy; his children, William "Bill" A. Reilly II (Peg) of Belvidere, Illinois, Susan M. Gillenwater of Rockford, Illinois, Kevin P. Reilly (Renee) of Chicago, Illinois and Brian K. Reilly of Stuart, Florida; his granddaughter Jennifer Reilly; and his children, Michael "Mike" Reilly (Cydney), Grant Gillenwater, Bridget Emerson (Trent), Shane Gillenwater (Kayla), Elena Reilly, Adrian Reilly, Noelle Reilly and Thomas "Tom" Reilly. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
