As Cecelia departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Cecelia may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Cecelia leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Clifton and Helen Clifton (Berry); and her sister Bonnie Mandrell. She is survived by: her husband Mark A. Buckner; and her sons, Joshua and Nicholas. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and her dog.
