He was predeceased by: his former wife Barbara Jersild (Urquhart); his parents, Ralph Jersild and Mabel Jersild; and his brother Ron Jersild. He is survived by: his wife Connie Hall Jersild; his children, Jenny Scheiwiller, Joseph Jersild (Rebecca) and Charles Jersild (Lisa); his brother Ralph "Bud" Jersild; his grandchildren, Kevin, Keith, Matthew Scheiwiller, Erik, Nora, Kyle, Aron and Ally Jersild; and his stepson Scott.
