We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2024, at the age of 88, Patricia A. Phillips of Rockton, Illinois, born in Beloit, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Elton Singletary and Della Singletary (Wessell); her husband Richard "Dick" Phillips; her siblings, Jacqueline "Jackie" Reynolds, Tom and Gene Singletary; her siblings-in-law, Bob Reynolds, Millie, Eleanor and Ruth Singletary; and also Bob Messenger.
She is survived by : her children, Kimatha Phillips and Elton Phillips (Mary Lynn); her granddaughter Heather Phillips; and her great grandchildren, Ella Grace and Felix. She is also survived by cousins; numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium (2355 Cranston Rd, Beloit, WI 53511). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
