He is survived by: his wife RoseAnne Ahern; his children, Maggie Ahern of Chicago, Mark Ahern (Karla) of Evanston and Emily Folan (Mark) of Arlington Heights; his grandchildren, Nora, Danny, Emmett and Connor; and his sister Jane Cantieri of Mount Prospect.
