She was predeceased by: her parents, George Moravec and Gloria Moravec. She is survived by: her husband Vito Servedio; her siblings, Linnea Retzer (Phil), Ellie Wsol, Nancy Moravec, Jean Koter and Joe Moravec (Kathy); her stepdaughters, Jennifer Servedio, Amber Servedio-Williams (Gary) and Gina Kitchenmaster (Mike); and her pet Joey. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandkids, wonderful friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Shriners Children's Hospital at donate.lovetotherescue.org, in memory of Georjan.
