She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband David Michael Kaplan; her son Ethan Henson Kaplan; her extended family, Miami and Sante Fe; and her parents, Beatrice Winer and Allenby Winer.
During that time, which was also unfortunately the time of the pandemic, limiting travel, she and David were still able to see dear friends and relatives in New York, Miami, Greenville, Kentucky, and Sante Fe-a place she'd longed to visit. And she had time and energy to transform the backyard of her house into a beautiful garden, which became her late life passion.
