She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby Spears; her daughter Janet Heintz (Gary); her parents, Albert F. Richey and Rosalee Richey (Fitzhugh); her siblings, Alleyne White (Bufford), Vernon Richey (Christine), Lester Richey (Eloris), Kathleen Cabler (Haggard), Lucille Broadfoot (Bobby), Eugene Richey (Francis), Bufford Richey (Faye), James Richey and Carl Richey; and her siblings-in-law, Judy Daugherty (Spears), Andy Spears (Louise), Doris Rogers (Billy), Braxton Spears (Peggy) and Donnie Guy Spears.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Duffin (Tom), Sheila Szabo (Joe) and Kathy Van Schoyck (Don); her grandchildren, Erin (Don), John (Gretchen), Renee (Shawn), Maria, Angela (Jason), Bill, Shane, Greg, Nicole (Andrew) and Gary; her great grandchildren, Zachary, Riley, Liliana, Fiona, Tyler, Jordan, Sydney, Cheyenne, Nathan, Andrew, Justin, Hunter, Donavan, Logan, Liam, Kalee, Brianna, Madison, Ava, Cassie, Cameron and Chloe; her brother Raymond Richey (Myrtle); and her brother-in-law Bill Daugherty. She is also survived by her siblings and her late husband Bobby's siblings.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Anderson Memorial Chapel & Heartland Cremation Services (606 Town Hall Dr, Romeoville, IL 60446). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
