She was predeceased by: her parents, Tony Leier and Flora Leier; her siblings, Kate Thomas and Tony Leier; and her brother-in-law Bill Thomas (John Pitman).
She is survived by: her husband Stan Bumstead; her children, Judy Benda (Jim), Stan Bumstead (Lynda) and Kevin Bumstead (Debbie); her grandchildren, Caitlin Degenhardt (Zac), Jillian Zuccarelli, Nina Bumstead, Jay Bumstead, Kyle Bumstead, Casey Bumstead, Zach Bumstead, Luke Bumstead (Gianna), Jake Bumstead and Mya Bumstead; her great grandchildren, Ellie Degenhardt, Luciana Bumstead and Philomena Bumstead; her siblings, Barb Pitman and Bill Leier (Gayle); and her sister-in-law Nancy Leier.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the O'Neil Funeral Home Chapel (1105 E 9th St, Lockport, IL 60441). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at the Good Shepherd Cemetery (16201 104th Ave, Orland Park, IL 60467).
