He was predeceased by : his parents, Jack Patrick and Goldie Patrick (Barnett); his wife Patricia Diane (Pavey); his sons, Michael and Scott; and his siblings, Louis, Charles, James (Arthur), Marvin, Richard, Jack, Omi, Lois and Ann.
He is survived by : his son Timothy; his grandson Johnathan (Deanna); his great grandchildren, Peyton, Lucille and Henry; and his siblings, Luther, Robert, Shirley, Margaret and Jacqueline.
