She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene "Harpo" Nowak; her sister Genevieve "Jenny" Hamilton; and her niece Cheryl Hamilton. She is survived by: her children, Donna Brodecki (Jim), Jane Litoborski (Mike), Greg, Andy (Dorota), Laura Weidner (Mike), Stefanie (Trevor), Robert (Aiko), Matthew (Ashley), Lexi, Joanna, Gabe, Ben, Grace, Melissa, Sam and Kristin; her great grandchildren, Ella, Owen, James, Eugene, Madison and Logan; and her sibling's children, Michael, Donna and Julie.
Per mom's wishes in lieu of flowers, memorials in Irene's honor to Mercy Home, St Jude's Children's Hospital, St. Andrew Parish or Tunnel to Towers (links provided) would be greatly appreciated.
