He was predeceased by: his grandmother Lois Baiz. He is survived by: his parents, William C. Perkins, Jr. (Renee Fletcher) and Donna Baiz-Perkins (Baiz); his siblings, Kyle Perkins (Holly), Shelby Perkins and Jaden Wallace; and his grandparents, Ramon Baiz, William and Diane Perkins, Sr.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
