She was predeceased by: her parents, Geoffrey Hills and Rose Hills. She is survived by: her children, Deanna Kiel (Kurt Bihlmayer), Melissa Podkulski and Jeffrey Clark (Pilar); her grandchildren, Erich (April), Kristoffer Bihlmayer, Brenton Podkulski (Meagan), Sara Martinez, Amanda Wiersema, Jessica Ivory (Jack), William and Winter Clark; her great grandchildren, Ari Mitchell, Chase Coppelman, Ethan Podkulski, Logan, Harper Martinez, Theodore, Olivia Wiersema, Noah, Maverick and Reign Ivory; her brothers, Trevor (Brenda) and Vincent Hills; and her nephews, Mark and Steven Hills.
A memorial gathering was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Tezak's Home (1211 Plainfield Rd, Joliet, IL 60435).
