He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Cullen and Mary Cullen (Hanusek); and his mother-in-law Maryon Larkin (Boyle). He is survived by: his wife Mary Cullen (Larkin); his daughters, Jennifer Waszak (Bill) and Eileen Cullen; his granddaughter Piper Waszak; and his sister Lynn Shibovich (Frank). He is also survived by many in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
