We bid farewell to Sharon A. Pavelich of Romeoville, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 9, 2025 at the age of 82. Sharon touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Barrett and Ila Barrett; her husband George Pavelich; and her grandson Bryan Jepsen. She is survived by: her children, Mark Jepsen (Doris) and Lora Oldham (Rick); her grandchildren, Colin Jepsen (Amanda) and Shawn Gorski (Morgan); her stepgrandchildren, Katie Crouse (John), Greg Poole (Bert) and Matthew Oldham (Jessica); and her great grandchildren, Jack, Leo, Whitney, Bradley, Hudson, Laila, Landon and Dylan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Markiewicz Funeral Home (108 E Illinois St, Lemont, IL 60439). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick Church (200 E Illinois St, Lemont, IL 60439). A committal service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick Cemetery.
