She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Welsh Sr.; her son Joseph Welsh Jr.; and her siblings, Richard Salata (late Dian), Robert Salata (late Mary), MaryAnn Mezan (late Edward) and Alice Kelly (late Pat).
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Nakamura, Michael Welsh (Ronda), Laurie Galan (Ken), John Welsh and Tom Welsh (Nancy); and her sisters, Josephine Pekarek (Ken) and Nancy Woollard. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Anderson Memorial Chapel & Heartland Cremation Services (606 Town Hall Dr, Romeoville, IL 60446).
In lieu of flowers donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be appreciated.
