She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester A. Sprague and Rosie Sullivan Sprague; her husband John A. Burby; and her siblings, Charles, Bobby and Joyce.
She is survived by: her siblings, Lester "Butch", Ken, Jimmy, Virginia, April, Barbara, Pam, Paul, Lisa and Kelly. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
